Services provided include Patient Billing and Collections, Revenue Cycle Management, Supply Chain Management, Accounts Payable, Non-clinical staff employment, Human Resources, Payroll, and IT services.

Our Founding Story
Urgent Care Specialists, PC was founded by Dr. Richard Freniere and Dr. Rock Jean-Guillaume with a vision to deliver urgent care services by practitioners skilled in emergency medicine. Their journey began with the opening of the first clinic, Urgent Care of Wilbraham, in February 2013, followed by the second clinic, Urgent Care of Holden, in March 2015. Their commitment to high-quality, evidence-based medical care laid the foundation for what would become a trusted healthcare provider in the community. Today, under the management of Pioneer Health MSO, we continue to uphold their legacy and expand our reach.
